BCFSA Reshapes Structure to Support Long-Term Sustainability
BCFSA announced organizational changes to help support its long-term sustainability. The financial services landscape is evolving rapidly—shaped by digital disruption, demographic shifts, economic pressures, and rising public expectations. These forces are prompting organizations across both the public and private sectors to re-evaluate how they operate.
“In response to these pressures, we’ve taken a thoughtful and deliberate approach to change. Our goal is to build a high-performing, sustainable organization that delivers value to the public and the sectors we regulate, while treating our people with fairness and respect throughout the process.”
The goal is to ensure BCFSA’s structure and spending align with its mandate and long-term priorities. In the coming weeks, BCFSA will begin the next phase of this work, focused on how it operates within the new structure.
