What’s New in Legal Update
BCFSA is pleased to announce key changes to the course duration of Legal Update 2025, and that course registration is now open. This year, renewing licensees will see the following changes when enrolling in Legal Update:
- Disclosures;
- Conflicts of interest; and
- Recent amendments to the Strata Property Act (“SPA”)
Completing BCFSA’s Legal Update course before applying for licence renewal ensures you’re aware of current updates on real estate legal matters that affect daily practice. Annual development of the Legal Update content is driven by feedback from those who have taken the course, consultation with industry stakeholders, and input from BCFSA Team Members.
